Research Records is a monthly podcast hosted by Professor Marie Kinsey (Journalism) and Professor Tony Ryan OBE (Chemistry) from The University of Sheffield. Our latest guest is Professor Jim Al-Khalili, a theoretical physicist from the University of Surrey where he holds a Distinguished Chair in Physics as well as being Professor in Public Engagement in Science. He is a prominent author and broadcaster and has written 14 books on popular science and the history of science. He is a regular presenter of TV science documentaries and hosts the long-running weekly BBC Radio 4 programme, The Life Scientific.
