Poetry Light Night

A commission with Now Then Magazine.

Poetry Light Night was commissioned by Off The Shelf Festival of Words and run by Word Life in partnership with Ruskin Sheffield to celebrate the writings of celebrated philanthropist, social thinker and art collector John Ruskin.

The poets commissioned were Rommi Smith and Tony Walsh, who produced original poems based on their own interpretations of Ruskin’s written work. Filmmakers Annie Watson and Rob Speranza were then commissioned to transform these poems into films which were projected onto the Upper Chapel in Sheffield.
